Details and Terms

 

Tours include the following

  • Most accommodations in 4 Star Hotels (some areas offer only nice 3 star hotels), double rooms
  • buffet breakfasts
  • most dinners
  • All hotel taxes
  • Rental car, group B with unlimited mileage. You may wish to upgrade to a group C with air conditioning for an extra fee.
  • A Documentation kit describing your routes and important information will be provided.

Tours do not include:

  • Tour escort, entrance fees, lunches, drinks (except as noted) personal extras, car's fuel.
  • Tour is available for exclusive groups. Rates available upon request.
  • This tour is also offered for larger groups using either a minibus (for up to 19 people or a larger deluxe motorcoach that will hold up to 50 people. These are available with drivers and guides and information and pricing is available upon request.
  • Transportation to or from the beginning or end of the tour

Terms

  • 60% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining amount is due 60 days prior to departure. Payment by bank draft, electronic transfer, or paypal.
  • Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to a minimum $100 fee. Sardinia Vacations will not be held responsible for associated costs (airfair or other travel arrangements). If a cancellation occurs less than 60 days before departure the participant will forfeit the deposit and up to 50% of the total tour price per person. Refunds take 30 to 60 days to process. There will be no refunds after the tour begins. Sardinia Vacations reserves the right to cancel a tour for any reason and offer a full refund for the tour price only and no associated costs. Prices for these tours are based on international exchange rates and fuel costs and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms. Sardinia Vacations or its partners will not be held responsible for damages in the event of accident, animal attack, falling space debris, or other unforseen circumstances.
  • Sardinia Vacations reserves the right to exclude any person for any reason. (we reccommend travelers insurance to deal with such occassions).
  • We do understand that we are dealing with humans and things happen. Rest assured that we will do what we can to work with you to resolve difficulties and will try to be fair and honest. We appreciate others who deal in this manner and try to avoid those who don't.
